We offer a fully bespoke digital fabric printing service, supported by the first-class personal service Cadworks is known for. Our current premises, including offices, studio and factory spaces, have been specifically designed around our manufacturing requirements.

This purpose-built environment allows us to manage every stage of the process with care, from artwork preparation through to final dispatch. By keeping production in-house, we ensure each project meets our quality standards while supporting our clients’ creative and commercial goals.

Advanced Pigment Ink Technology

All print machines across the studio operate using high-performance Genesta pigment inks. These inks are recognised for their excellent light fastness, colour stability, and durability, delivering strong resistance to fading and high colour fastness for precision digital textile printing.

Pigment inks also offer significant environmental and production advantages. Compared to reactive dyes or dye sublimation, the pigment printing process is faster and more efficient, allowing for reduced water and energy use.

Efficient Production and Faster Turnaround

Printed fabrics typically require minimal post-print finishing, with heat fixation through a baker rather than intensive washing or steaming. This streamlined process helps shorten lead times for both sampling and production.

Lower setup requirements make pigment printing ideal for short runs, while still supporting large-volume production. This gives customers greater flexibility to order only what they need, reduce waste, and bring collections to market more quickly.
